From July 2023 to March 2025, DRCN conducted research on the implementation of federalism and the functioning of subnational governments under its Political Context Analysis project. As part of this project, DRCN produced monthly political situation analyses and biannual reports. Each report’s publication was followed by interactive discussions among stakeholders across all three tiers of government.
