Public Service Resumption & Reforms: Post Gen-Z Protest in Nepal

With government buildings, records and infrastructure damaged in the September 8-9, 2025 Gen-Z movement, how did the state restore disrupted public services? Based on a study of 37 government offices and interviews with 125 stakeholders, this DRCN report analyzes the resumption of public services and the prospects for governance reform.
