Budget Allocation and Implementation by Local Governments (August 2019)

This report assesses the budget allocation and implementation at the local level under a federal system. It is based on Democracy Resource Center Nepal’s (DRCN) field research conducted in 15 local units across eight districts between April and July of 2019.
