Functioning of Local and Provincial Governments in Nepal (April 2019)

Democracy Resource Center Nepal (DRCN) has released its fourth periodic report on the functioning of local and provincial governments. The report identifies key policy gaps and challenges and points to ineffective coordination between three governments. It recommends the federal government ensure an earnest devolution of political and fiscal authorities.
