Preliminary Findings Report: Functioning of Local Governments in Nepal (July 2018)

Having observed all three levels of elections between May and December 2017, DRCN has been conducting a nationwide observation of the implementation of the newly structured local and provincial governments since January 2018. This report includes preliminary findings of DRCN observation of the local governments functioning between January and June 2018. A comprehensive final analytical report with recommendations will be published in August 2018
